Ive had many guests tell me it was the best buffet food theyve ever had! Celebrate the most romantic day of your life at the Old Rock Church Bed & Breakfast in Providence, Utah. My coordinator, Becca, was so helpful and thorough in helping to make sure my big day ran smoothly (even though it was raining, i didnt even notice/care!). There were plenty of antique desks with large mirrors and great lighting for getting ready, and a separate room with couches to just hang out on! I would recommend anyone to get married here. The planning process started during the pandemic -- it was stressful and confusing as a bride but Erica and her team here at the old school house made it so easy. The Startup Building is a beautiful wedding venue located in the heart of Provo, with fabulous event spaces that take up 3,200 square feet. But once we visited The Old Schoolhouse, we knew this was the place we wanted to say 'I do" and it was the best decision we made during the whole process! The gorgeous chandeliers, the beautiful mirror backdrop, the hardwood floors, the vintage design is absolutely incredible! Built in 1928 and filled with unbelievable views of hills and orchards, the indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception areas have incredible backdrops. We go above and beyond what is simply expected by providing beautiful and detailed spaces, meaningful amenities, and the freedom to dream. Outside the venue, we have an amazing green space where you can set up your ceremony or have a cocktail hour. It comfortably held our 100 guests with ample room for dancing. Couples can host an array of romantic events at this location, from intimate gatherings to extravagant celebrations. We had a 30x90 tent covering the gravel area for our food and seating, and had enough space on the grass to set up croquet, ladder ball, giant jenga, giant checkers, bocce ball..with room for a popsicle cart and space for kids to run! I've heard many wedding venue horror stories but our case was far from a mess.
It replaced an earlier one room wooden frame building built in 1890. Our guests could not stop telling us about how beautiful the grounds and ballroom were. The catering (must use their caterer) was delicious, but some items weren't carried out how we asked (example: pre-place plates and salads on the tables so that while people are waiting for the buffet they have something to munch onthis didn't happenno one had plates). (By the waythe food is included in the "total cost of service" that I estimated.) They never even let us know we'd be working with new people all of a sudden. We booked this venue because it felt unique and intimate to us. Chef frank has amazing quality food and was able to cater to a wide variety of needs. You will also have access to the one-acre lawn area for your ceremony, reception, and everything in between.

This is a fantastic venue to host your wedding and reception, or only the reception. They are a one-stop-shop when it comes to catering and wine/beer as you have to purchase everything from them.

We can't even count how many people complimented how fantastic the food was. They were easy to communicate with during the planning process had helpful recommendations for other vendors and day of details.
