ring stick up cam not connecting to wifi

I am stuck. This is not the experience we intend, and are here to help. I recommend also ensuring bluetooth and VPNs are disabled on the mobile devices. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Check the small light on the back of the cam; if it is blinking rapidly there is a WiFi setup issue. My doorbell pro is connected to 5ghz. I’ve tried to set up steps to reset the stick up cam as well as rebooted my Wi-Fi. The set up process goes as expected but it fails after I enter the password to connect to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Final step is to connect to WiFi and every single time I try to connect to my WiFi it does not complete the setup. I just purchased a stick up cam to be used along with my existing doorbell Pro. Great call on the reset, I recommend also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and then trying another setup. Fortunately my router is dual band so we can handle this. Follow the setup guide here on the manufacturers website at support.ring.com. Select the device (camera, doorbell, etc.) I cannot complete the setup as it fails while trying to connect to the wifi router. Trying on 2 devices was a great step to cover. I am having the same issue the only difference, this is a camera that was connected at my home and it works fine there, then I moved it to my shop, I have tried changing WiFi and it will not connect to the new wifi now. Great job trying multiple networks, I recommend also trying to create a guest network on your router that utilizes a simplified SSID and password, to ensure there are no special characters or password variables that might conflict with it's setup.
